"I would give the product 5 stars but it arrived damaged — scuffed and scratched. The most disappointing part is, it was wrapped securely in a plastic bag within a large cardboard box with paper stuffing, so the damage did not happen during delivery. Someone at Mushie packaged it with this damage, which is most concerning right at the spout where my daughter’s mouth would go. I would expect this if I didn’t pay $25. This is very disappointing quality for the price. I contacted support and sent a photo of the damage and never heard back from them. And then they sent me this survey! Not very in tune with the customer experience."
